- Ride history and saved locations
- Wallet balance and loyalty points
- FCM tokens and notification preferences
- Emergency contacts and family members
Retained for legal compliance
- Payment transaction records — 7 years (regulatory)
- Ride receipts — 5 years (tax compliance)
- GPS logs — 90 days (dispute resolution)
