Delete Your Account
Delete your CarKro account. Its personal data is removed some months later; signing in again with the same number, before or after, gives it back.
What happens
- You are signed out of the app on every phone at once.
- Some months later (the exact time is shown when you confirm) your name, email, photo, birth date and emergency contacts are removed.
- Money of your own in the wallet is sent to the account you give below. Bonuses CarKro gave you are not paid out.
- If your wallet is below zero, we remind you on WhatsApp until it is paid.
- Signing in or signing up again with the same number gives the account back, wallet included.
Kept
- Your phone number, so the account can be given back
- Ride, payment and wallet records, as the law requires
Not possible yet if
- You have a ride, booking, trip, parcel or school ride under way, a payout not yet made, or a fleet with drivers in it
